Team Brett Partay 2007
On April 24th 2007, the first ever Annual Team Brett Partay was held at the SOHO Bar in Potts Point, Sydney.
The event far exceeded all expectations with over 600 tickets being sold and many more were unfortunately turned away. The 2 hours of subsidised drinks certainly put the early-comers in a great mood. Tooheys New, 42 Below and various wine suppliers were extremely generous in donating the alcohol for the first 2 hours.
Wet Zelko were entertaining as usual and the place was jam packed as they played a long list of rock classics and emotional ballads which had the crew literally dancing on the bars and tables. DJ Joel Brandon also got the crowd pumping and all and sundry had a phenomenal night.
Over $35,000 was raised from the night from ticket sales, one off donations, the dollar drinks and change collections through the night.
