City 2 Surf 2006 - Inaugural Event

The 2006 Team Brett City to Surf marked the inaugural fundraising event held by team Brett.
50 runners and walkers participated in the fun run and aided by corporate sponsors, Babcock and brown, ISC Sports Apparel, Horizon Habitats and Saatchi & Saatchi, the team raised almost $100,000 for the Brett Levien Sarcoma Cancer Foundation.
The Beach Road Hotel provided the venue for the first of many afterparties and the friends and family of Team Brett treated the participants ot a fabulous luncheon and a well-earned beer or two. The party went well into the night and the team celebrated in the knnowledge that the run was all for this important cause.
